The wine is medium-intense ruby-red with purple hues. The nose is captivating, with notes of black cherry, plum and red mulberries. On the palate is soft and velvety. Pairs well with Risotto, first courses of baked pasta, red meats, lamb and savoury cheeses.

After more than 10 years of 100% organic viticulture, I have decided to take that dream beyond the borders of my region. Accompanied by my trusted team of winemakers and agronomists, I traveled all over Italy in search of the right territories on which to sprout a new idea viticulture: Organic, Sustainable, Good.
