We offer conventional / contact-less next day delivery from Monday to Friday (except on Public Holidays) between 11am to 6pm.
You can put a request time schedule for our wine to be delivered and we will certainly do our level best to fulfill the request. Otherwise, one of our team member will be in contact with you to organize another suitable time that works for everybody.
In order to fulfill the order on next day, we will require the order to be confirmed before 12pm the day before. (Example, orders received before 12pm on Monday, can be deliver earliest on Tuesday)
Complimentary delivery for purchase $350.00 and above, otherwise delivery fees $30.00 is applicable.
In order to avoid contact during this critical period, you may give us the instructions where to leave the goods at your designated location, by way of communicating with our dedicated delivery personal or via email.
Our driver will contact you either he / she is on the way or upon arrival. As this will be a drop and go basis, it is your responsibility to ensure someone will be collecting the goods upon delivery. The safety and the condition of the drop off point will be at your own discretion, hence the company will not be liable for wines left out in the hot sun, damaged or stolen goods.

How do I know my order has been accepted?
As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an Order Acknowledgement e-mail confirming your order details. If you do not receive the e-mail within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder just in case the e-mail got delivered there instead of to your inbox; or contact us at +65 6262 1975 for further assistance. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will only be processed on the next working day.

What happens if one of the items I ordered is out of stock?
If one of the items you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will process the remaining items first. The item will be sent to you once it is available.
