For Wines, it is synonym to the term ‘Vintage’ – referring to the year the grapes were harvested.
For us – it’s the harvest and cultivation of a special type of kinship bonded by our common love in wines, we formed Intoxiqate Pte Ltd and started to plot our ‘Journey’ lead by our founder Mr. Steven Chan.
Although Intoxiqate is young, the combined professional experiences and International Wine Certifications accumulated, surpasses even the most seasoned merchant in Singapore.
Our goals are simple, succinct and ‘intoxicating’. We want all hardworking Singaporeans to have a good quality of life.

A native Malaysian from Petaling Jaya, Selangor, born in a humble family who taught him the importance of trust and integrity from an early life. He began his journey in wine by accident during his studies in Hawaii, USA with a bottle of 2000 Ruffino Chianti Classico, very humble wine but it was enough to imprint a lifetime impression on this magical liquid. Prior to his current capacity, he worked in some prestigious companies such as Vinum Fine Wines & Berry Bros. & Rudd (BBR).
Steven’s is a lifelong student of wine, as he don’t believe one can ever know everything about the world of wines. He enjoys the culture, history and more importantly people revolving around wines. To him, there’s no best wine in the world, he believes every wine is a genuine effort by a team of dedicated people who put their lifework behind those bottles. And hence, all wines must be respected, treasured. His sole vision for the company is seeing people from all walks of life having the ability and accessibility to enjoy their daily life with wines, friends and laughter.
