Grape Varieties : Tempranillo

Very intense and living garnet cherry color, with thin ruby edge and light violet hints. Frank and direct in the nose, deep and well defined. The cask aging is perceptible (fine woods, spices and toasted notes), but being well integrated, it does not prevail to a fine fruity character. Clear nuances of ripe black fruits(sloes, blackberries), balsamics (underbrush, rockrose) and a fine vinous hint. Good intensity.

Tasting Notes

In the mouth, good structure, with body and nerve, forceful but without roughness; firm ripe fruit tannins and lively acidity well combined.The Wood is well integrated already at the mouth crossing(noticeable but not too much) with aromas among which the fine and fresh fruit character stands out. Long, again fruity and balsamic, finish with discreet notes of the aging.

The grapes from the family vineyards are pressed in the cellar. From the press, the wine then moves to the fermentation process, and after storage. Within two years it is ready to drink.
