The wine had been fermented naturally in tanks at 24 for approximately one week in order to maintain its fresh fruit bouquet. Malolactic fermentation in tanks followed by a maturation period of 8 months in oak barrels. On the nose, it has scent of cinnamon, red berries and nuts. Red wine synthesizing the best of a young wine with the best of a matured one.

The grapes from the family vineyards are pressed in the cellar. From the press, the wine then moves to the fermentation process, and after storage. Within two years it is ready to drink.
