Pago Aylés is one of Spain’s estate-specific Vinos de Pago, the first to be classified in the autonomous community of Aragon. The estate lies less than 30 kilometers (18 miles) from the regional capital, Zaragoza. Wines made by Aylés from vines outside of the specified single vineyard continue to be sold under the Cariñena DO.
