Integrated into the same building with the hotel, our winery is a marvel of modern architecture. It is completely functional and adapted with modern technology to provide maximum capacity, plus allowing us to consistently produce wines of certificate of origin quality.
The grapes from the family vineyards are pressed in the cellar. From the press, the wine then moves to the fermentation process, and after storage. Within two years it is ready to drink.
