The nose is a mixture of red fruit-like strawberries, raspberries and cherries-,herbal notes, small field flowers and leaf litter (herbs and dry leaves), all wrapped in the smoky veil characteristic of the rufete variety and its mineral notes.The palate is tasty and refreshing, with a moderate but present tannicity on the palate and a pleasant milky reminiscence. The finish is herbaceous with a slight bitterness that adds elegance.Lively acidity.
