Vinos La Zorra, created by Agustin Maillo (President of the Denomination of Origin of Salamanca), is a small winery located in the Sierra de Francia in Salamanca, Spain. This unique winery is the home of a special variety called Rufete, which has an incredibly fresh and flowery flavor. This variety is widely underrated and its debut to the world is coming though the hard work and creativity of La Zorra. They use organic and bio dynamic techniques to create their wine, using no formula and letting their wine develop naturally.
