Grape Varieties : Tempranillo
The wine is naturally fermented for approximately one week at 25 degree Celsius to maintain its aromas. It is then fermented in tanks and matured another four months in French Barrels before bottling. Aromas of Blackberries, Licorice, Red Berries & Plums.

The grapes from the family vineyards are pressed in the cellar. From the press, the wine then moves to the fermentation process, and after storage. Within two years it is ready to drink.
